Did you know we do Yoga asana’s so we are able to sit in Meditation? If you haven’t done meditation or just love some meditation, come join us for in the “Breath & Meditation” class!
In these 2 classes we will be doing practices like alternate nostril breathing, Ohm meditations, body-scan relaxation/yoga nidra, etc. It is for everyone who want to be guided through some pranayama & meditation. No experience is needed, just come join, breathe & feel.
